Umami and Chatwoot are self-hosted — third-party software running on infrastructure we control, so no third party receives this data.

Cookies and trackers

Browsing the site alone sets no cookies.

Umami audience measurement sets no cookie at all: it uses an anonymous, rotating-salt fingerprint and retains no identifier.

You can delete these cookies at any time from your browser settings.

The site also stores the email address you provide — under the key user_submitted_email — to pre-fill the chat and notification forms. This is not a cookie: it is data held locally in your browser (localStorage), and it stays there until you clear that storage.
