How to withdraw
You can withdraw from an order placed on this site without giving a reason and without cost. The button below opens your mail app on a message that is already written — the model form set out in the annex to article R. 221-1 of the French Consumer Code. Fill in what applies to you and send it.
You have fourteen days from the day you — or a third party you name, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods. The right opens when the contract is concluded: on a pre-order you do not have to wait for delivery to use it.
Your withdrawal takes effect at the date and time you send your message, not at the date and time we answer. We then send you a written acknowledgment, written by a person rather than a machine: allow one working day.
The model form is not a condition of validity. Any unambiguous statement is enough, by email or by post.
What happens next
If your order has not been dispatched yet, there is nothing to send back: you are refunded in full with no further formality.
If your watch has already arrived, send it back within fourteen days of sending your declaration. We will send instructions and, in France and the European Union, a prepaid label.
The refund covers everything you paid, including the original delivery charge, no later than fourteen days after we receive your declaration. It may be held until the goods are recovered or until you provide proof that they have been sent.

The message opens in whichever mail app you normally use. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and you keep a copy in your sent items — that is your proof.
What you send is used to handle your withdrawal and is kept with the contract it relates to.
If nothing opens
Some devices open no mail app at all. If that happens, copy this message and send it yourself: it carries exactly the same weight.
